  • In a bowl, whisk 1 egg. Then gradually add milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
  • Cut a 2-inch hole in the center of the bread.
  • Under medium heat, place oil in Teflon frying pan.
  • Dip both sides of the bread into egg and milk mixture.
  • Place the bread into the frying pan.
  • Crack the other egg into the hole in the bread.
  • Cook each side for one minute. Remove from heat.
  • Lightly sauté ham and place in the center of the French toast.
  • Pour desired amount of maple syrup over French Toast.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar.
