Marshmallow Supreme

"A very easy dessert. I got this recipe from the back of a packet of marshmallows. Cooking time is setting time."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 (180 g) packet marshmallows
• 300 ml cream
• 2 (450 g) cans crushed pineapple or (450 g) cans boysenberries
• 50 g chocolate

directions

1. Whip cream.
2. Cut marshmallows into quarters.
3. Strain fruit.
4. Fold marshmallows and fruit into the cream in a nice serving dish.
5. Refrigerate for several hours.
6. Grate chocolate on top before serving.
