Can be prepared on the rocks as well
- 3 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce Cointreau liqueur
- 1 slice lime
- 2 -3 ounces fresh lime juice
- kosher salt
- Moisten the edge of the glass with the lime wedge, and dip in a saucer full of the salt to coat the rim.
- Blend booze and juice, and pour in glass, with the lime garnish.
This is pretty good, but a little sour for my tastes.
