  • In a food processor, bland together the nut butter and maple syrup.
  • Add the oat bran, wheat germ, and sesame seeds and bland until it has a stiff, dough-like consistancy.
  • You can either roll the dough into 14 indovidual orbs, and then roll them in coconut and chill, or spread the dough onto a square pan and sprinkle with coconut, chill, and cut into squares.

  1. This was nice, but I felt that the sesame seeds overwhelmed all the other ingredients. I made the chocolate variety, and it probably needed some more maple syrup because mine turned out barely sweet. I omitted the coconut, which I'm not too fond out, and cut these into squares. I used cashew butter, but could barely taste it. I'll tweak this a tad the next time I make it.
