A nice drink for cold nights. Has a great maple flavor. I like to use Grade B real maple syrup as the maple flavor is really strong, but it's not as sweet as most commercial brands.
- 1 fluid ounce espresso
- 1⁄2 ounce maple syrup
- 1⁄2 ounce vanilla-flavored syrup
- 6 ounces milk, Steamed
- Add espresso to cup.
- Stir in syrups.
- Fill with steamed milk and stir.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with brown sugar.
