    A nice drink for cold nights. Has a great maple flavor. I like to use Grade B real maple syrup as the maple flavor is really strong, but it's not as sweet as most commercial brands.

    • 1 fluid ounce espresso
    • 1/2 ounce maple syrup
    • 1/2 ounce vanilla-flavored syrup
    • 6 ounces milk, Steamed

    Directions:

      Add espresso to cup.

      Stir in syrups.

      Fill with steamed milk and stir.

      Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with brown sugar.
