  • Chop up the tomatoes and yellow bell pepper into about quarter inch cubes. Peel the mango and chop into half inch cubes. Finally finally chop the cilantro and chilli pepper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir in the lemon and lime juices. Add cracked pepper to taste. Stir and let sit in fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
