Mango Magic Pops

- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1⁄3 cup peach nectar or 1/3 cup apricot nectar
- 2 (6 ounce) cartons non-fat vanilla yogurt or (6 ounce) cartons fat-free peach yogurt
- 1 ounces jars mangoes, slices drained or (8 ounce) can peach slices, drained
directions
- In a small saucepan combine the unflavored gelatin and peach or apricot nectar.
- Let stand about 5 min.
- Cook and stir over mediium heat until gelatin is dissolved.
- In a blender or food processor combine gelatin mixture,yogurt,and drained mango or peach slices.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into 8 3 ox.
- paper cups.
- Cover each cup with foil.
- Cut a small slit in the center of each foil cover and insert a rounded wooden stick into each.
- Freeze pops for 4-6 hours or until firm.
- To serve, remove foil and tear away cups from pops.
