  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 13 cup peach nectar or 1/3 cup apricot nectar
  • 2 (6 ounce) cartons non-fat vanilla yogurt or (6 ounce) cartons fat-free peach yogurt
  • 1 ounces jars mangoes, slices drained or (8 ounce) can peach slices, drained

  • In a small saucepan combine the unflavored gelatin and peach or apricot nectar.
  • Let stand about 5 min.
  • Cook and stir over mediium heat until gelatin is dissolved.
  • In a blender or food processor combine gelatin mixture,yogurt,and drained mango or peach slices.
  • Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Spoon mixture into 8 3 ox.
  • paper cups.
  • Cover each cup with foil.
  • Cut a small slit in the center of each foil cover and insert a rounded wooden stick into each.
  • Freeze pops for 4-6 hours or until firm.
  • To serve, remove foil and tear away cups from pops.
