  1. In a saucepan on medium heat, add garlic and butter, stir constantly, don't let the garlic burn.
  2. When the butter is melted, add the oil and stir. when the oil is heated remove from the heat and add cheese and basil.
  3. Serve with your favorite pasta immediately.

Delicious, simple and short list of ingredients. Used all organic ingredients except the olive oil. Made this for my 4 yr old daughter (who loves garlic) and i for dinner. We used saffron ribbon pasta and didnt want a heavy sauce to weigh it down. This was perfect. I did add a splash of crushed red pepper to mine only because I love red pepper but the recipe definitly did not need it. Very nice, fresh taste that didnt leave you feeling overstuffed but did satisfy. Thanks for sharing.
