I found this after a trip to Madagascar. I had to translate it from French.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 34 ounces meat
  • 1 lb cassava, cubed (manioc)
  • 2 cups water (little more if you need it)
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Place all in a pot. Cook til soft. Mash.
