  • Combine all ingredients in a shaking container, cover tightly and shake (may also be stirred with a spoon or whisked). NOTE: May be made with just milk, but consistency will be runnier.

  1. Made this smoothie but with one amount change & one addition ~ I doubled the amount of pudding mix & added a frozen banana, the latter for a bit of frosty chill that I like in my smoothies! That also made this weird looking, great tasting smoothie a bit thicker as well! Very nice! [Made & reviewed in Zaar Cookbook Tag]
