Low Fat Yummy Fruit Smoothie

I was looking for a way to get some more dairy in my diet without including any milk. Starting with a recipe that my daughter uses and going from there I came up with the following: the first one I made did not have any sweeteners and it was a bit tart, so next time I used about 3/4 of a teaspoon of honey. I am calling for using an unsweetened mixed berry blend, but I can’t wait to try different fruits.*Update: When I used a mixture of mango and strawberries I did not need the honey

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
