Oh Traciejo, I hate to burst your bubble, but do you know that 1 1/2 cups of Agave Syrup has 384 grams of sugar? That is the equivalent of 96 teaspoons of sugar! Agave is mostly fructose. Also, for some reason the skim milk was not counted in the nutritional analysis. There are another 30 grams of sugar in the skim milk. Most people don't know that. So that brings to total grams of sugar in this recipe to an astounding 414 grams! Divide that by 6 and instead of .4 sugars per serving, your "sugar free" tapioca is up to 69 grams of sugar! That is more than I am allowed to have in Four Days! For people who are serious about their sugar grams, half and half has zero grams and Truvia artificial sweetener seems to be the healthiest and tastiest.
This recipe has more sugar than THREE chocolate eclairs!
