- 1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil or 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk

- Whisk together first four ingrediants. Stir in remaining ingrediants until thoroughly mixed.
- Chill dough at least 1 hour.
- Roll out on floured surface to 1/8th inch thick. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on non-fat cooking sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
