I love coffee. This is a very low-fat Mocha Frappe that is very easy to make as well 8)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
  • 13 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 cup ice cube (about)

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in blender.
  2. Add milk & ice cubes. Blend until ice is slushy.
  3. Enjoy with a straw.

A nice quick coffee fix straight from the pantry. I added some vanilla soy milk to smooth it out and some stevia for sweetness. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Love it and its easy! I used 1/2 C milk and 2 tsp of instant flavored coffee in stead of the flavored creamer. I also added one packet of sweetener. Was light, fluffy and delicious!
