Low Cal Spicy Chicken Sandwich

"I made this sandwich for my boyfriend and he loved it..Its SOOO simple! for me I just cut it in half and only used half the chicken and half the bread and half the mayo..less calories but still delicious! I have posted this recipe so i definately don't forget it."

ingredients

  • 4 ounces chicken (mine was already cooked skinless thighs, for my sammy only used two)
  • 2 slices light whole wheat bread (for mine only used one)
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise (for mine only used a teaspoon)
  • lettuce (as much as you like)
  • spiracha hot chili sauce (rooster sauce)
  • garlic powder (to taste)

directions

  • toast the bread in the toaster oven, or toaster only half the way, unless you don't have a toaster oven, then toast all the way.
  • add mayo.
  • put chicken on one slice of bread, if you have a toaster oven put back in between light and medium, but keep an eye on it so it doesnt burn.
  • put rooster sauce on bread with just mayo, spread around.
  • then put some rooster sauce over chicken then add lettuce. sprinke with some garlic salt or powder if desired.
  • put piece of bread with mayo and rooster sauce on top and enjoy!
