- 473.18 ml unsweetened fat-free almond milk
- 3 egg whites
- 2 eggs
- 118.29 ml oat flour
- 9.85 ml vanilla extract
- 0.61 ml powdered stevia
- 2 very ripe bananas, sliced
- 78.78 ml sweetened flaked coconut
- 59.16 ml light butter
- 1.23 ml salt
directions
- Blend all ingredients together in blender.
- Pour into greased and floured pie pan (no crust).
- Bake 50 minutes at 350.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Keep refrigerated.
