Lollipop (Drink)

"My sister in law used to work at a bar and she use to make this for me all the time. It is really good!! This recipe makes one tall drink. I think it tastes kind of like Root Beer but some people have said that it tastes like bubble gum or cherry lollipop. I guess different tastes for different people, either way, it's good and I like it. I hope you do too!!"
