ingredients
- 907.18 g chicken livers
- 473.18 ml cornmeal
- 473.18 ml wheat germ
- 2 eggs
- 12.32 ml granulated garlic (not garlic salt or fresh garlic)
- 118.29 ml dried parsley (optional)
directions
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Liquefy the livers in a food processor; pour into a separate bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth like brownie batter. Spread out evenly on a parchment paper-lined jelly roll pan (1/2 sheet cake size). Dough should be about 1/3” – 1/2" thick.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- When cool, cut into squares or other preferred shapes. Refrigerate in a ziplock bag.
