  1. Mix eggs, Ricotta cheese, grated cheese, parsley, oregano, and pepper together. Beat.
  2. Add linguine that has been buttered. Mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased 9-inch Pyrex round.
  4. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
  5. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
