I have always loved orange and lime creamsicle pops! This is a simple pie version.
- 1 9-in graham cracker pie crust
- 1 pint lime sherbet, softened
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- lime (to garnish) (optional)
- Spread the sherbet in the bottom of the pie crust, then spread the vanilla over the sherbet.
- Sprinkle with grated lime peel, cover and freeze for 3 hours or until set.
- Can serve with with a half of a lime slice for a fancy look.
