I'm diabetic and a Weight Watcher so I have to be careful of calories and sugar. I came up with this recipe so that I could fit it into my plan. It counts as 2 milks and only 3 points. Torani makes the sugar free syrup that I use.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 (1/3 ounce) package sugar-free hot cocoa mix
  • 1 cup hot coffee, strong
  • 1 ounce sugar-free coconut syrup


  1. Heat milk to hot. Froth, if you like it that way.
  2. Dissolve hot chocolate mix in the coffee.
  3. Add the syrup and milk.
  4. Enjoy.
