"My specilty is saled dressings. This one is best on saleds with spinach, arugala (in smaller amounts), and other greens with a light tone and an medium - strong aftertaste. This dressing is a big hit and is easy to make. Have fun & enjoy!"

ingredients

• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice (It is always better if you squeeze it from a lemon)
• 1 pinch sea salt

directions

1. Mix all ingrediients in a container with a watertight top.
2. Close the sealable top.
3. Shake heavily.
4. Enjoy.
