ingredients

• 32 ounces refrigerated sugar cookie dough

• Filling

• 1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons softened butter
• 4 -5 tablespoons lemon juice
• 4 drops yellow food coloring

directions

1. Prepare and bake sugar cookies as directed on package.
2. Sprinkle with coarse sugar.
3. Cool.
4. Mix ingredients for filling and beat until smooth.
5. Spread filling between 2 cookies and chill.
