A lemony twist to a tropical favorite.
- 1 1⁄2 ounces citrus-infused rum
- 1 1⁄2 ounces Malibu rum (coconut flavored rum)
- 2 ounces cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1⁄2-1 ounce lemon juice
- lemon zest
- In a shaker filled with ice; combine all ingredients; shake to blend.
- Strain into ice filled hurricane glasses.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
