This is the last recipe I'm posting for 2001. My 511th!! Wow! HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone on 'Zaar !!!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups biscuits, crushed (use your favourite biscuits that crumble easily)
  • 100 g butter
  • 350 g panir
  • 34 cup cold milk
  • 6 -8 walnuts, whole
  • 2 cups condensed milk
  • 150 ml lemon juice

Directions

  1. Grease a pie plate with butter.
  2. Put crushed biscuits in a bowl.
  3. Add butter.
  4. Mix both with your hands.
  5. Put mixture into pie plate.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degees C.
  7. Allow to cool.
  8. Now prepare the filling.
  9. For this, put paneer in a blender.
  10. Add lemon juice, cold milk and condensed milk.
  11. Blend all well together till you get a fine paste.
  12. Put on the pie base prepared earlier.
  13. Decorate tart with walnuts.
  14. Refrigerate for half an hour and serve.
