These are a traditional potato cake of Scandinavia. Cook them on a dry griddle, no oil. Posted for ZWT'06.


  1. Combine all ingredients and form into 2-inch balls.
  2. Roll out like pie crusts and bake on a dry, no oil griddle like you do a pancake on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each.
  3. You may wish to dust off any extra flour before cooking so they do not to burn.
