  1. This recipe, as simple and fast as it was, got rave reviews from my family. Even my picky toddler ate it and had seconds! That was a miracle. The only change I made was to crush up a couple of cloves of garlic in the beef while it was browning because we're big garlic freaks. I also bought the no-bake jar of sauce so that all I had to do was add the noodles uncooked and let them simmer in the sauce for about 15 minutes with the lid on until they were done. We're also not big on cheese so I only put about 6 oz of the mozarella in and let each family member sprinkle what they wanted on the top of their serving. Definitely will fix this again! Easy and flavorful.

  2. Was very easy and quick to make. My 12 year old son and his friend had to have seconds. This one was a winner in my home and will be made again.

  3. This was very easy and good. A little bland for my taste -- next time I might add some more oregano, basil and garlic.

  4. This was very good. I used a 12 ounce package of noodles, and it was perfect for the amount of sauce. I did add some garlic and onion powder to the hamburger while it cooked. Next time I will hold off on adding the mozzarella until the end and let it melt over everything instead of mixing it in. This came together very fast and was very filling. Thanks for sharing!

  5. Was good! I used a 16 oz. bag of noodles, and found that I needed to add more sauce. Next time I will cut back to 12 oz. You may want to add cooking the noodles to recipe instructions, as I almost overlooked this step! Otherwise, it turned out well, and it got my husband to actually eat cottage cheese without knowing it! This one will be a keeper. Thanks!
