This is really fast and easy..good throw together meal when your in a pinch for time. Serve with garlic bread.

This recipe, as simple and fast as it was, got rave reviews from my family. Even my picky toddler ate it and had seconds! That was a miracle. The only change I made was to crush up a couple of cloves of garlic in the beef while it was browning because we're big garlic freaks. I also bought the no-bake jar of sauce so that all I had to do was add the noodles uncooked and let them simmer in the sauce for about 15 minutes with the lid on until they were done. We're also not big on cheese so I only put about 6 oz of the mozarella in and let each family member sprinkle what they wanted on the top of their serving. Definitely will fix this again! Easy and flavorful.
- 12 -16 ounces small flat noodles, cooked (egg noodles)
- 8 -12 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) carton cottage cheese
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 jar ragu pasta sauce
