  • Cut meat into cubes or serving pieces and brown in butter in hot pan. Remove the meat and set aside.
  • Add the mushrooms and the flour to the same pan and brown slightly. Add the water and meat and stir well. Bring back to a boil and simmer for 45 mins or until the meat is tender.
  • Add the cream and the chopped dill and stir well. Bring back to a simmer.
  • Serve.
