Get comfy under the mistletoe after mixing up a cup of this cocktail creation. Even Kris Kringle would approve this bit of holiday cheer.
- 56.69 g dutch chocolate vodka
- 113.39 g hot cocoa
- 3 roasted marshmallows on a small skewers
- Pour Chocolate Vodka and hot chocolate into a mug and garnish with roasted marshmallows on a skewer.
Yum, yum, yum... "Spiked Hot Chocolate". I have to say that I've used a splash of vodka in hot cocoa before, but I honestly didn't think of using "Chocolate" flavored vodka. I used "Van Gogh Chocolate Vodka" brand. Delicious! I toasted the marshmallows on wooden shish-kabob sticks over the gas burner on the stove (and of course I set one on fire)... And again, I have always used marshmallows, but I never thought to "toast" the marshmallows before. Such a fun and unique cocktail. I think this will make my winter fav's list, also.
