- 396.89 g catsup
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 59.14 ml white horseradish (Fresh or jar)
- 0.26 ml hot sauce
- 14.79 ml Worcestershire sauce
- Mix all together.
- Chill serve with chilled boiled shrimp.

This is a very good cocktail sauce. It has just the right bite to it. It's easy to make. I did not have a fresh lemon so I used 1/8th cup bottled lemon juice instead. I think it was just the right amount I served it with cooked prawns.
