If I could give you 100 reviews of this, I would. It is THE best fresh lime vinaigrette I have ever tasted! I have enjoyed this many times over. I can't wait to use it with meat. I have added some green onions, used it with a salad of fine greens adding pine nuts, raspberries and cucumbers... this thing goes EVERYWHERE! Thank you!
I just made this in my food processor, as I am making a 5 de Mayo Mexican salad for dinner tonight. I tasted it, and it just the correct blend of sweet, and sour. This is going to be so delicious with a grilled chicken salad. Thanks for sharing!
Delightful tangy dressing, I used on mixed Italian greens. A keeper!
