    Ingredients:

    Serves: 10

    Enchilada

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

      Brown beef with green pepper and onion. Drain.
    2. 2
      Grease bottom of a broiler pan, well.
    3. 3
      Preheat oven to 350*.
    4. 4
      Mix all can goods together. Heat to hot, but not boiling.
    5. 5
      Measure 2 cups of sauce and set aside.
    6. 6
      Combine beef into rest of the sauce and mix well.
    7. 7
      Place 1/3 cup of meat sauce in each tortilla. Roll up and set seam side down in prepared pan.

      Pour saved sauce over tortillas.
    9. 9
      Sprinkle cheese over top and bake until cheese is golden brown. (about 15 minutes).
