Julie's Salted Nut Candy

"Another version of the salted nut roll. I received this from a co-worker."

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 1 9x13 pan

ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) jar dry roasted peanuts
• 1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter chips
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons butter or 2 1/2 tablespoons oleo
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

directions

1. Butter 9x13 pan.
2. Spread peanuts 1/2 inch thick in bottom of pan.
3. Melt peanut butter ships and butter in saucepan.
4. Remove from heat and add sweetened condensed milk and marshmallows.
5. Stir.
6. Spread mixure over nuts.
7. Spread and press remaining nuts over mixture.
8. Chill and cut into squares.
9. Suggestion: After cutting into squares, wrap each square with waxed paper.
