- 8 beef short ribs (3-4lbs) or 1 pork rib rack (3-4lbs)
- 4 tablespoons jerk sauce (Store bought)
- 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Boil ribs in water for 40 minutes - 1 hr
- Mix all the Sauces together
- Marinade ribs for 4-8 hrs
- Grill Ribs for 20 -30 minutes
- Serve Immediately.
