Got this in email from gourmet-recipes-from-around-the-world. Think this one will be used over the Memorial day weekend relaxing al fresco after getting the last of the tomatoes planted. Thank you letscook!
- 1 1⁄2 ounces rum
- 1⁄2 ounce Cointreau liqueur
- 1⁄2 ounce lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 4 ounces ginger beer
- Mix first 4 ingredients over crushed ice in a tall glass.
- Top off with 4 ounces of chilled ginger beer.
