Jack Mcnair's Breakfast Bahia

"This is a wonderful cold drink made by the famous chef Jack McNair. It is non- alcoholic in the recipe but I am sure that something with pineapple or rum would taste great with it. If you can't find cream of coconut then just leave it out, it tastes great without it."

ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 2⁄3 cup orange juice
• 2⁄3 cup pineapple juice
• 1⁄3 cup cream of coconut
• 1⁄2 teaspoon coconut extract
• 1 banana
• 2 eggs
• 3 ice cubes
• fresh pineapple

directions

1. Combine all the ingredients except the fresh pineapple in a blender and blend until it becomes liquid (10 seconds).
2. Serve it immediately in chilled glasses and garnish with the fresh pineapple.
