  • Put garbanzo beans in pot.
  • add baking soda.
  • cook on med high heat until simmering.
  • pour contents of pot into bowl.
  • rinse with cold water to release hulls from beans. Discard hulls.
  • Put garbanzo beans and other ingredients in food processor and blend for up to 2 minutes.
  • If too thick, slowly add a little bit of water to thin.
  • refrigerate or eat it now!
