  • Mix the eggs, peanut butter, chopped bacon, bacon grease, and maple syrup together until blended. Add spent grains and mix. Add flours slowly. You want the dough to not be sticking to your hands.
  • Roll dough flat and cut with your favorite cookie cutter (I put the dough on wax paper on a lipped baking sheet and use a roller that goes over the side rails in order to get a consistent thickness.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes then turn oven down to 250 and bake until the moisture has cooked out.
