- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup spent grain flour

- 3 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
- 1 cup peanut butter

directions
- Mix the eggs, peanut butter, chopped bacon, bacon grease, and maple syrup together until blended. Add spent grains and mix. Add flours slowly. You want the dough to not be sticking to your hands.
- Roll dough flat and cut with your favorite cookie cutter (I put the dough on wax paper on a lipped baking sheet and use a roller that goes over the side rails in order to get a consistent thickness.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes then turn oven down to 250 and bake until the moisture has cooked out.

Homebrewer first and foremost. Starting to see what I can do with the spent grains after - breads, pizza dough, dog treats, etc. Love to grill. Love to make pies.
