A welcome change from ordinary bread sticks.

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring to mix.
  2. Stir in flour and next 3 ingredients.
  3. Add diced pimiento and mix well.
  4. Divide dough in half; shape into two 6 inch rolls.
  5. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
  6. Slice dough into 1/4 inch slices, place on lightly greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake wafers at 375 for 10 to 12 minute.
  8. Cool completely on wire racks.
