ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 5 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese (cracker barrell suggested)
- 2⁄3 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons italian seasoning
directions
- Mix dry ingredients 1st before adding egg& milk.
- Gently fold dough with your hands.
- Spoon dough on to ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 450 degree oven.
- Top bread with garlic-butter spread.
- Sure to please!

I am a SSG in the US ARMY . My responsibilities under this title are numerous but first and foremost I provide hot nourishing meals to grateful soldiers usually equalling up to 1000 meals daily. When I am able to venture away from army food service i enjoy taking 10 yrs of experience and creating my own idea's and sharing them with other's. I only can hope that other's enjoy my idea's as much as i enjoy bringing to them.Anyone snooping in my kitchen before I am finished is a quick way to get your feeling's hurt.Not too many other pet peeves.Fishing (for sport) and anything outdoors are my passion. Add a grill to the outdoor's and I am happy as they come
