ingredients
- 1 ounce dry gin (Junipero or Citadelle are favorite, juniper-forward choices)
- 1 ounce Cointreau liqueur
- 1⁄2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1⁄2 ounce fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 dashes homemade grenadine
- 1 -2 ounce chilled Brut champagne
directions
- Combine gin, Cointreau, lemon and orange juices and grenadine in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake as though the good times will never end, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and top with chilled champagne to taste.

I'm not a gin lover, so I made one with gin and one with vodka. The vodka version won out. The fizz is fun! Thanks for sharing. Made for 123 Tag. -
I loved this drink. Fruity and fizzy! I accidently added to much grenadine, but that was fine. We will be making this again. Thanks Shelby. Made for photo tag.
