- 59.14 ml butter
- 907.18 g carrots, peeled, sliced into discs
- 118.29 ml whiskey, Irish Mist
- 118.29 ml brown sugar
directions
- Melt butter.
- Add carrots.
- Cook for a minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Add whiskey OFF the stove.
- Add brown sugar.
- Return to stove.
- Cook covered for 5 minutes or until carrots are as tender as you like them.
