- 1⁄2 cup kosher salt

- Dissolve salt completely and use with marinade injector.

I used it for recipe #185739 and it was juicy and very tender. I used 1 tablespoon of soy for the 1/2 cup salt. I just couldn`t add all that to even a whole turkey. I used 1/3 in a 1 1/2 pound pork loin. Recipe #223052 was my choice of honey! I froze the rest to be used an other time. Thanks!

Married mother of twins. I very seldom ever use recipes as they are written, always modifying and adjusting them. Many times I will take three or four different recipes and come up with a new recipe based on those.
