- 453.59 g lean ground beef
- 453.59 g ground elk or 453.59 g ground venison
- 24.64 ml Hi Mountain hickory blend jerky seasoning
- 4.92 ml Hi Mountain hickory blend jerky cure
- 7.39 ml black pepper
- 7.39 ml red pepper flakes
- 7.39 ml cayenne pepper
directions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (12-24 hours).
- Load into a jerky gun and shoot onto dehydrator racks (depending on the size of your dehydrator, you may need to make several batches to use up all of the meat).
- Dehydrate for 6 hours.
