An iced version of the popular Jamaican coffee cocktail. It's a nicely creamy iced coffee, with the smooth warmth of dark rum and Tia Maria.
- Combine liqueurs, coffee and cream.
- Partially fill a wine glass with crushed ice, and pour mixture over ice.
Nice, easy, yummy.
I am enjoying this as I type.Found a very similar recipe on Drinksmixer, but like this eve better To make it truly Jamaican, I used Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee, with Jamaican Appleton's Estate Rum. And even though I live in Jamaica, I do know these items would be available elsewhere
