A magazine clipping from my past. The blurb before the recipe states that it is 234 calories.
- 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
- 1⁄2 cup warm water
- 1 cup ice milk (coffee or vanilla)
- 6 ice cubes, crushed, about 1 cup
- 2 teaspoons dark chocolate, grated
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Place all ingredients, except chocolate and cinnamon, in a blender.
- Process until slushy.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with grated chocolate and cinnamon.
