This is fabulous as I love Captain Crunch. I always have cartons of Unsweetened Almond Breeze in the house. If you have never used it, it is where the soy milk is at the grocery store but that is where the simularity ends. Almond Breeze is SO much better as I hate soy milk and it's only 40 calories per cup with alot of calcium. Also, I use it for my protein shakes so I had some Almond Breeze mini ice cubes in the freezer which I used instead of regular ice cubes in this shake.
