  • 20 g dried honeysuckle fresh edible flowers
  • 15 g dried chrysanthemum fresh edible flowers
  • 10 g dried nutmeg mace
  • 2 green tea, sachet
  • 5 g licorice, slice
  • 10 g dried orange peel
  • 30 g lemongrass
  • 6 pandan leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 200 g honey
  • 2000 ml water

directions

  • Pound chopped lemon grass and licorice in a stone pounder.
  • Broil 2000 ml water in a medium pot.
  • Add all dried ingredients except chrysanthemum flowers and green tea sachets into the broiling water.
  • Cover the pot with lit and turn down the fire. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Put in chrysanthemum flowers.
  • Again simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Turn off fire. Drop in green tea sachets and steep for 1 minutes.
  • Strain the tea with a muslin bag.
  • Add honey and lemon juice when tea cool down a bit. .
  • Let it stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy the tea!
