Great on shrimp and chicken
- 1⁄3 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon green onion, white parts only
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes (or to taste)
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Cover and chill until ready to use, up to 2 days.
- Use as a glaze, brushing onto the food during the last 5 - 10 minutes of grilling.
